From the french boarder: To reach Bilbao: take the A 8/E 70 via San Sebastian.
approx.: 115 km.

   For disabled:               
Bilbao in general is well equipped for disabled. The center is fairly even, with some smooth slopes. The museums are situated near Nervion river. Low curbs, the traffic lights don't change too fast. Public buildings are accessible by long ramps or elevators.
